(AEGY) You're right. Hipple as the registered agent signed the January 2012 Florida corporate reinstatement as manager. See attachment; note misspelling. On the March 2014 filing, he likewise signs as registered agent and manager, but is also listed as Corporate Counsel. That last bit is likely where his trouble with the SEC begins inasmuch as he is barred by SEC from serving as an officer or director of a publicly traded firm.
