It's my impression that, by its action and sinking stock price, Treaty is proving it's critics right. For example, someone stated that Treaty is not in the business of selling oil, that it's all about selling shares, which I don't know if true or not. But to that I say Treaty why don't you prove them wrong by judiciously executing a plan and make money. And please put out consequential newsletters, seeming fluffy ones insults intelligence.
