i agree,  however, i dont think it will be long before they do have the capitol, and they also do not have any competition capable of bidding against them when they do get there as of now.  so we have some time to get into other countries.  I am pretty excited about this. i think today may be a big one, especially if the short positions are crying for shares.  that could really drive the price up fast if we can get some buying action at the ask today.  As for the OS, its high, but does anyone know what the actual float is? i dont think its nearly as big as it appears to be, i think what we have been seeing is short positions selling billions of nonexistant shares.  and they will have to cover them.  so lets give em what for and set our sell orders high!    and as JB says,....
