Just, my official complaint to the SEC for Hipple violating his ban, and authorizing irresponsible cash advanced loans to be paid by the shareholders of AEGY, and possibly the shareholders of SKTO.

All along Benz has kept Hipple out of SK business, and Hipple (evident by the previous auditor resignation) was always alive and well with the AEGY business... a treaty of sorts.
