I can only believe that tomorrow or Friday at the latest, provided Koos has word back from the FDA. If I we're to put out a positive PR, I'd fry the shorts on Wednesday and maybe Thursday, then drop PR on Friday at 2:30 PM EST. That would leave 1.5 hours of time to trade on the news, followed by a weekend to get an enormous buzz going, leading into a frenzy on March 31st.
That's what I'd do, hope he has the same plans. That would also drive the PPS and interest much higher. A week or two from now, drop more news.
