CEN-Biotech is a subsidiary, as is Cenergy sports nutrition supplements (of which we own 100%), both under the umbrella Creative Edge Nutrition (FITX). Bill is a smart attorney. He knows very well what the implications would include (jail) if he put out a PR lying and stating FITX owned 75%. This issue was put to rest a long time ago.
