I had emailed Alan bornstien asking about the 20 mil deal.. He said because phot was back into play its not needed. So reading thru the lines although rxnb Sam and I forget the one other that was part of the lawsuit I believe there are a sweeping company into cenbio. So what are the options for April 4?

1.,deal gets delayed again
2 phot comes up with there additional funding some 200 mil more at current pps for 25% 0f cen (not possible)
3. Them deal is reworked at original .17 pps and adjusted down phot percentage ownership to around 7%
4 . bill holds firm on old deal forces sterlings hand not to'proceede with litigation because they can't afford it either way and work on merger deal like back in the days of ford Lincoln mercury all seperate companies in that emergence of that industry
5. I have no idea what I'm talking about just bored and frustrated with no recent movement...I vote 5. Lol
