Bill was diagnosed that evening with foot in mouth syndrome 
I'm starting to think that whole 20m was a bs call to put the squeeze on growlife. Kind of like a, "we don't need you" shot across the bow. If it was necessary to the business, I'm surprised to NOT have any more detail.
