ATDF has been very active on the ask and of the last quarterly MRIB issued several million new shares to help satisfy debt. It wouldn't be surprised if they are slowly liquidizing the rest of their positions.
about three weeks ago the OS was a little over 458 million shares and as of the quarterly they had 421 million (12/31/213). That's a 37 million share increase. With the heavy volume over the past couple of weeks I would think they would have sold the remaining into it.
On November 7, 2013 the Company issued 30,000,000 free trading shares at a cost of $0.001, per share,
to Eco Investment Properties, the assignee of a portion of a certain promissory note in the amount of
$30,000.
On December 9, 2013 the Company issued 28,381,380 free trading shares to Bodie Investment Group,
Inc., a note holder, as repayment of $62,000 of outstanding principal.
On March 13 a Scheduled 13G was filed for Bodie investment group indicating they own 41,742,000 shares.
