According to 03/25/2014 filing "Hipple, Robert" is listed as "Corporate Counsel" under the category "Officer/Director Detail." See attachment. A General Counsel for a corporation aka Chief Legal Officer is an officer of the corporation by most definitions. If R.H. is serving as in-house legal counsel for AE, that might explain why he is listed under category Officer/Director. In any case, the matter bears further investigation as to whether R.H., who seems to enjoy walking tightropes, is in breach of the SEC five-year prohibitions ordered as of 03/11/2010.
