A large majority of the HIMR trades at .0005 are so small that it's almost insignificant whereas a lot of the trades at .0004 are in the millions.  Need to attract some big players willing to raise the price.  Those 375M shares could disappear fast.  Seen it done in less than 15 minutes before.
