I'm stuck on no amended 8K and nothing on the second deal...2deals in Jan...law suit to wake him up...then cancel ...Bill is not someone to play with IMO....I see lip service from Sterling....I'm not bashing the concept of PHOT....but I still think Bill gave him the benefit of the doubt....if nothing by April 4th I think Sterling is gonna feel the thunder of FITX...oh well it was just on my mind FITX!
