Can anybody explain to me how the 3 billion in outstanding shares effects how the stock price will move in the future? If it does at all? Because if anybody is following Advanced Cannabis Solutions they have been operating for less than year and have reached $64.64 a share on partly speculation! (They have about 15 million shares outstanding).
