Bill used natural gas for energy. Mr. Mannix was client of mine when he was at his winter home in Ranch Mirage and he at that time owned the biggest natural gas deposits in Canada. I believe he is the richest man in Canada if not a close second to Jim Pattison. which was also a client of mine. Both of witch would frequent a restaurant were I used to be the Chef. It would be a hell of a lot cheapper than the electrical route I think. But what do I know about construction? Nothing. Lol
