Thanks for the info Randall. A couple of questions
1. When will the fins be filed
2. What are the terms of the $4.8MM funding? Does it depend on share price and volume? is it dilutive
3. It appears that the logging operation is not licensed to harvest at this time. I thought you commented that logging during the spring, summer, dry season poise a fire risk. but the plan you outline says harvesting ops begin in April. Can you clarify
