Get the license by end of April. Get the shares from PHOT and do a share swap at the rate of 1 for 5 with the restricted holders. Retire 1 1/4 billion shares. Get the paperwork submitted to SEC and get off the pinks for good. Finish first grow cycle by the end of May. Start receiving revenues by the end of June. Have one hell of a party for the 4th of July.
