I owned stock in TTDZ and NASV.  Both of these, like HIMR, were undervalued and kept down by the MM's for a long time even though they had terrific news.  Eventually, the stock price was allowed to rise and it shot up overnight.  The same thing will happen to HIMR, so keep the faith.  When the MM's determine that the time is right, it will rise rapidly, IMO.
