Very few at this point. Really no buyers and no sellers right now. Too many uncertainties for new buyers. Longs are in and committed. A short here is too risky. So the only thing that will move us will be the sideline watchers to come in.   We need the clarification on the funding today? , clarification and close of the PHOT deal 4/4? Vault and steel delivery I would hope this week, next at the latest? Call for inspection after Easter? License sometime in May? When all of these events get priced in, which imo they are not, then we are going to move on huge volume. Then sales, and build out we should be off to the races. I look at this as the calm before the storm.
