Thank you. I will try and understand that based on al I have read thus far. 

I can only assume that anyone having the perception that PHOT having a 45% stake in OGI, with conditions (options) that it can gain controlling interest is based upon the presumption that FITX has further leverage of PHOT than I have perceived from the links, reports, press releases, etc...  I have been provided from here and elsewhere.

I will try and rationalize this.
