I am day trading one now. Just went from Pink Limited to Stop.
So far 609 pink companies have been halted by the SEC in 2012. The writing is on the wall that companies need to be audited and make real statements in their PR's and filings. We have that in process with $BCAP. The audit and S-1 registration process will finish the process of confirming everything is real.
Watch what happens in 2013. The virgin shell will have completed its S-1 and the TA will be generating revenue. IMO seeing a brokerage target announced in 2012 is not out of the question.
