Every level up exposes $BCAP to more buyers. Those buyers can invest more money knowing the company is regulated by the SEC and has filed ALL reports, which have been audited recently.
The audits are necessary for the S-1 registration process. Today you have confirmation that $BCAP is another step closer to OTCBB (not just Pink Current).
We know there are no fresh shares for sale through dilution (not for the last 11 months, and not until at least 07/01/2024), so someone is going to have to pay more at some point since there will be more demand for the same pool of shares.
$BCAP is being built as a real company without promotions.
I expect the TA LOI to close, and that's another revenue stream for $BCAP. Eac person can choose to invest (or not). At a minimum you see the roadmap and you see $BCAP traveling down it.
