Siebert Financial Considering a Sale -Bloomberg
Brokerage firm Siebert Financial Corp . (SIEB) is considering a sale, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
The firm's founder, Muriel Siebert, died in August at age 84.
A spokesman told Bloomberg that Siebert Financial is "exploring opportunities to grow and enhance the firm's offerings, including through strategic alliances."
Siebert Financial shares recently traded up 25% to $2.55.
