I think he's going over the clarification of the 20 funding with an ultra-fine-tooth comb to make sure there are absolutely no questions left unanswered about % or stake given to lender. I think he wants it crystal clear exactly what the deal was on the 20.

He's been dragged through the mud on a few of these PR's (in particular the PHOT % of ownership deal that was bashed all weekend and the entire next week until it was cleared up) I don't think is is going to take any chances of giving them any fresh meat.

We still have a clarification about the law suit that is supposed to come out to...
