Anytime we hit the low 3's; the retailers have a tendency to find money and scoop up some recent historical lows. I doubt we see 3's again after 3rd 10Q is released but the games might continue to keep the PPS down.  After 10K; forget about less than ten cents and IMO thats conservative.  Nobody has a crystal ball but these delays won't last forever.
