I'm saying that sounds like a long time for inspectors to give the license.  What do they have to take a month for? They come in see the fence, see the cameras and possibly vault(not sure if vault is a requirement). Why should it take an entire month? I think either that article was wrong on TWEEDs inspection date of December or TWEED for some reason kept it under their hat before announcing. Also that article states TWEED could grow but not sell in November... How could HC let them grow before checking their security? I'm not sure about that articles facts
