I think a buy back would be a long way off and that a reverse split would be more likely to happen beforehand. Even the latter wouldn't happen in the next year in my estimation. Personally and in my own opinion I would rather see a reverse split a year or two post certification. Unless management were retiring their own shares I would rather see the profits be invested in growing the business rather than buying back stock.

Either way, with more shares out than Walmart they'll have to do something, but I don't really think it's an urgent matter. If I remember correctly, LT has some more insight into this as I recall him stating that he brought it up at the last shareholder meeting.
