I don't know kbad. I can imagine PHOT came away with less then they would have had they honored the original deal. That's just part-n-parcel to negotiating when you've got the upperhand. I'm mean Bill did invite another player to the table (will find more on that tomorrow), somebody has to share their portion right? I doubt it was Bill. Just thinnin outloud here guys.
