If I could see if there was a gap between #1 and #2 I would have a better idea.
By the depth of the footers of #2 it appears to be a two story facility. If building #1 and #2 are connected the I would safely assume they would share a roofline.

I haven't seen any drawings of #2 -- maybe they'll be released soon?
