Again, I refer you to the AGM Conference Call with shareholders.  The details about each processor is there.  The issues with processors 1 and 2 are there.  Yes, there were wenches but they were seemingly resolved with the creation of Processor of # 3. 
It's all there in black and white for those who are interested in reading it.  If you cannot take the time to read it, then please, never say that they were never explained. 

Companies can project things and sometimes things can happen which throw a wrench into those projections.  When that happens, that company should jump up and tell shareholders exactly why their projections fell apart. Shareholders depend on that information.
Mr. Bordynuik, on the other hand, puts out positive projections continuously. Those projections then are left to wane and fall apart without every being addressed.
