Pinetree filed for Friday's buys
Pinetree now owns 10 million shares. This does not include all their unexercised warrants. They bought 577,000 shares on Friday alone. They started March with 9 million shares.
It's pretty clear that they are trying to buy as many shares as they can before they get a seat on the Board of Directors in June. After that they will be subject to same trading blackout as current company insiders.
