Great news. The FAA documents state that Baltia has to notify the certification team ten days in advance before the conformity evaluation is to begin.

Is it possible that Baltia actually underpromised in order to overdeliver? With the required notification it doesn't seem to me that they could arbitrarily change the date. That would mean that this may have been their plan. Thoughts?
