I am expecting a thaw to begin re CWRN in last 1/2 April for reasons I've denoted before re TX case ending etc and dtc due process as per their own whitepaper etc
and in general for penny stocks due to national political etc considerations in this midterm election year
and pressure from congress (including on dtc to follow due process) to remove the never before seen harshness against pennies we've seen since late 2009
