Africa has "kicked out" 38+44+38 undocumented Chinese that were mining in Kenya, and it seems to be spreading as the Chinese simply "squat and mine" with out going through due process with the Ministry of Mining,.......(in some cases officials have been paid) but creating a lot of friction since some of these concessions belong to someone else.  The same is taking place in Ghana and Sierra Leone.
