The question is why would they be doing this, keeping the share price in somewhat of a range. If they have a large inventory of shares why wouldn't they let it run, they would make as much money as they are doing what they're doing if not more. You have to wonder what their motive is, are they protecting someone with a huge short position.
Under normal circumstance the run last Friday when the financing was announced would've maybe tapered off after the intial surge but it wouldn't have dropped like it did without the shenanigans that the MM's are pulling.
Seeing trades go off above the ask and then the ask dropping, this stock should be at least .15 by now if not .20!
Hope you get a satisfactory response if you file that complaint, if it's with the SEC they ask for quite a bit and want you to bend over backwards for them when it should be the MM's who should have to bend over backwards to answer the questions!
