DougeTX, good morning. I would normally be conservative on my predictions of price for the same reasons you posted. I have picked up little tidbits along the trail that makes me believe this thing is a rocket about to launch. I am not pumping the price up, just feel IF all happens I think will happen, we are in for some very pleasant surprises. GLTU   JB
