Yeah, there's no way those numbers came from IR.  I've inquired about cost on both sides.  Defense contractors simply will not divulge that information.  Thus I highly doubt some IR firm representing Cirque would have the numbers.  When I spoke with a NOC analyst regarding cost he replied:

"There has been minimal disclosure in terms of cost, which aligns with general principles held by the major defense contractors.  My contacts at NOC doubtfully would have that information even if they were able to share it with me."
