So Bill fired a warning shot across PHOT bow and now PHOT said $hit these guys are not messing around and we have to play ball. So the lawsuit gets dropped and all is back to normal with the fine details of the deal to be finalized by 4/4. 
At least thats how I read it. IMO put legitimacy to to FITX as a whole on what a powerhouse they will be in the industry and legitimacy to the technology that PHOT has.  All in all I see it as a win/ win for both companies. Along with the injunction so that FITX doesn't lose first to market for the existing users IMO FITX wins on all fronts.
