It is equally important to file reports on time.  For some reason, Treaty hasn't figured that out yet.  Delivering late or failing to deliver events on schedule has been systemic. So with the recent changes, this would be a huge opportunity lost if an NT-10K is necessary IMO.  Not to mention the field day our LieHub A-Holes will have with our Company if it's late again.  JMO.  $TECO
