Well here's the rub. Bill said 'amend the 8k.'  Sterling refused.  Bill said, well it matters to me that investors who read this 8k know FITX owns 75%, not 10% as listed. So, Bill puts out a PR detailing the 'ownership in trust' by WP and AJOA and probably attempted to leverage GrowLife to amend more than once.

Finally, he felt there was no choice.

If it matters to him that much, and I can understand that - I would want investors to know it's FITX's 75% and not have to research who/what AJOA and WP are - then this is the 'last resort' as he stated on FB.

Watch this whole thing not even be about the 8k and blindside us all tomorrow or Tuesday!
