More coherent connecting of the dots:

Disclaimer: I think the PHOT/CEN Bio deal is going to ne fine and both PHOT and FITX will prosper on the long run.

It's been simmering since the first week, and Bill's Feb. 4 PR "clarifying the 8k" points to how important he feels it is for FITX investors to clearly see FITX controls 75%. I can understand that POV. Someone reading the 8k just assumes they own 10%. Not so!

The Feb 4 PR was followed immediately by his interview comments with Alan Brochstein from 420investor.  At the 1:24 mark you can hear Bill's comments.

Together, these two sources seem to ID the issue.

All this being said, this really doesn't amount to much of anything in the end. Bill is the one who wants clarity for his investors, and he still says the deal is on . And rightfully so. The facility will still need equipment, right?
