otc trader, that can't happen here. it's exactly that reason that bill/sam setup the cen bio ownership the way they did with ajoa and wise phoenix holding their ownership of cen bio in trust. i was trying to explain this to people when the phot doc came out. ajoa and phoenix will have some kind of sweep mechanism to div the cash back to creative edge nutrition but it will prevent anyone from accumulating majority interest in open market and acquiring fitx. they won't be acquiring majority of cen bio. i know bill is a little rough around the edges for a ceo of what will become a huge company, but there is no doubt in my mind he is one smart dude.
