I would like to think PHOT stalled on the funding to force a lawsuit in order to exit the deal. I would also like to think that we could retain more of the 25% as a consequence of the final deal, whatever that looks like. Bill, Sam and the others have more skin in the game than any of us, so I would expect that Bill will have ALL shareholder's best interest while sorting through the BS.
