I'm sure I'm wrong but humor me...based on PHOT press releases 2 import things occurred in January 2014:
PR 1-29-14. Grow life and CenBio announces....where is the promised 8K?
PR 1-31-14. Grow life and RXNB announces......8K was filed wrong and not amended!
Things that make me go hummmm. The lawsuit seems to be related to the players in the 1-31-14 deal. Where's the 8K for the 1-29-14 deal? FITX!!
