Would the deal have been or ....is....at current phot market pps or the .17 originally stated? I can see if it is at current pps then that would explain maybe why phot pps went down recently..maybe they where trying to dilute it to reach a more attainable price. If that is the case most likely Monday both shares will rise. Fitx because people will assume 100 percent control now on profits instead of 75% and phot because of a less diluted stock? All speculation of course at this point until Tuesday.. Any additional thoughts?
