Bill was asked on FB if the 20 million was going to really effect shareholder value and Bill said that the 20 million was not that expensive.  (not in those exact words)

The PHOT deal is still on the table that means the 240 million PHOT shares are still on the table once the license is in hand.  Maybe the 20 million will be payed back with some PHOT shares. Just a thought.
