Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the restricted shares must be part of the A/S (authorized shares). They are, also, a part of the O/S (outstanding shares), but not a part of the float yet.
As of 4/1/14 (and thereafter), they become unrestricted and are then able to be sold on the open market, in effect, acting as dilution and adding to the float.
Assuming the above is correct, there is a difference between the O/S and the float of only 1,110,594,824 shares, per the information cited on the Investors Hangout link. This does not allow for the number of restricted shares you site. Are you sure your numbers are up to dated and/or accurate?
