Hey ATF good morning! As for the injunction, all I see is 37000 people being able to buy their medicine as usual. But number 37001 to millions have to abide by the new law. So Tweed and other will have customers, they just don't get the influx of the 37000 which is a negative for their IPO and "hitting the ground running" plan. All in all, this plays out beautifully for FITX's game plan. Remember it has two main prongs. 1. Supply 2. Awareness. We see them working on the supply side, and we can be sure they're also building the marketing machine that will educate the doctors (prescription writers). Bottom line: Time is on our side.
