The smear campaign will come to a grinding halt before the virgin shell goes through it's S-1 registration approval process. See my reasoning below.

IMO the campaign is on its last legs in any event. The attempted auditor smear tells you just how little basis there is for any of the posts.

On a legal note: BCAP's lawyers have been libeled, as have the auditor, the SEC, STAI and a few other parties. One poster threatened to destroy the virgin shell (direct attempt to manipulate trading). Dumb to have put it all in writing IMO.
