Thanks and I appreciate your response/ I read your posts and they make sense to me. One thought I have on the number of RS, if they are issued to keep majority control then it makes sense and is a non issue, however, this is typically done with management and not investors, that is unless the lenders are all management which would raise a whole new set of issues....anyway....time will tell
