Discussing restricted shares becoming unrestricted is a non-issue until it is an issue and if its a non-issue then you have already missed out on a huge price increase. If we all traded on fear then we never make any money.

I've been doing this along time and being scared that insiders would sell is counterintuitive to trading. Insiders could always sell, but with the license approaching it would be unreasonable and counterproductive.
